Do you guys test on animals?
Those cute little furry things? No way! None of our single ingredients or products are tested on animals and we are cruelty free. We just use it on ourselves.
What does it mean that Aceology is PETA certified?
First of all PETA is the largest animal rights organization in the world! Here at Aceology, we care about your pets too, so we’ve signed PETA’s statement verifying that our products DO NOT conduct animal tests on ingredients, formulations, or finished products and our company with continue to pledge so in the future.
Should I refrigerate Aceology products?
The masks naturally have a cooling effect on your skin. You don’t need to refrigerate the sachets but do store them in a cool, dry place and out of direct heat and sunlight. Save the fridge for your snacks ;)
Can I use my fingers to apply Aceology Face Masks?
Yes! All of our Face Masks can be applied using your fingers, our Ace Time Mask Brush Applicator or any other brush or applicator you have at home!
How should I clean my Aceology Beauty Tools?
Every beauty queen knows that fabulous hygiene is the foundation for superb skin. The best way to clean your Aceology Original Ice Globe Facial Massagers is with alcohol or soapy water and make sure you dry them before messaging. For the ultimate cooling experience, store your Ice Globes in a refrigerator or place into an ice bowl or cold water before usage. You SHOULD NOT store you Ice Globes in the freezer - that is sooo not cool.
We recommend you to store your Ice Globes in original packaging and box for safe keeping. To effectively care for your Rose Quartz Gua Sha, clean with soapy water and allow to dry before usage. Store Rose Quartz Gua Sha in a cool, dry place.
Can I use Aceology products with my existing skincare regime?
Oh we totally recommend it. Our masks are designed to boost your existing daily regime with a bunch of high active ingredients often not found in daily use skincare products.
How often should I use your masks?
We recommend that you use our masks 1-2 times per week for optimum results, however, you'll notice instant results after just one use.
We know YOUR time is precious. So we're making sure every part of the shipping process is as efficient as possible.
Before you know it, a little package will show up at your door *cue happy dance*.

There are two options available for USA shipping.
1. Standard Shipping - $10 USD: For orders under $75.
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $75.

Most USA orders will arrive within 14-21 business days (M-F).

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items
Aceology cannot be held accountable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from our warehouse. We kindly advise to contact the shipping carrier directly if a shipping issue arises.
Who doesn’t love a bit of R and R? Any Aceology item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
At Aceology, we like to consider ourselves hygiene queens, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products, unless the item is deemed faulty.
If you happen to experience a skin reaction from one of our products, please provide details (including photos). Our sensational skin specialists will review the photos and verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards, if this is the case please make our team aware before the refund is processed. We know it’s tempting to use what nature gave you but we recommend using the spatula to apply the masks to ensure a seamless application. That nifty beauty tool is skilled at pressing and smoothing the mask onto your skin.
What should I put on my face after the mask?
We would recommend massaging the serum into your skin after you've removed the mask. Then you can go ahead with your normal skincare routine of serum, moisturiser and eye cream. It's also a good idea to cleanse and exfoliate your face before applying the mask and not immediately after.

I’ve opened the modeling mask sachets and haven’t used the entire thing. Can I save the leftovers for later?
Our products in sachets are designed for single use so we recommend using the whole thing in one go. Our fancy sciencey blend of ingredients are activated on opening so the fresher they are, the more effective they are.
But, I’ve found that there’s too much product for my face.
Is there really nothing I can do with the leftovers?
Ok we’ll share a little secret (just between us). Although we recommend applying a thick layer onto your face and using the whole mixture, if you prefer, you can smooth it onto your neck and/or décolletage as well and give those areas some TLC.

So, how do refunds work?
To start, please contact us at care@aceology.com and we'll do our best to assist you. Aceology will fully replace or refund any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, defective, or arrived in a damaged condition. Please note that if you aren't fully satisfied with your Aceology products and would like to return them for a refund, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels at this time. Customers must return their items within 30 days of receiving them, and items must be returned in all of their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Help! I need to change or cancel my order!

My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do now?
Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Our warehouse workers do their best to safely secure your items, but unfortunately sometimes things happen during transit that are out of our hands. Not to worry! Simply email us at care@aceology.comand one of our team members will gladly assist you. Please note that you must include a photo of the damaged item(s).
I received the incorrect order. What do I do now?
If you have received your order from Aceology and something isn't right, please email care@aceology.comso that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned.
We will ship the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 business days of receiving the returned incorrect products. Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-sellable condition.
I think my product is faulty. Can I exchange it?
